I'm Ahmed Khan, though many know me as Ak. I'm a BC realtor, and before real estate I worked in trades as a Power Engineer. That road taught me precision, problem-solving, and how things work. I later moved into sales, where I discovered what I enjoy most: working with people and helping them with honesty and the right attitude. That's what led me to real estate.

I bring a hands-on understanding of how homes work, a sharp eye for detail, careful strategy, and calm, direct advocacy to every purchase and sale, from our first conversation through closing day. I speak English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, and I'm proud to serve the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver in the language you're most comfortable with.

Those experiences also led me back to my hobbies. As a creative person, I've always wanted to make art, design, and build a brand I could call my own. Decor is the design branch of Design with AK, created for the moment after the keys change hands — when the rooms are yours, but they don't feel like yours yet.

We plan furniture placement, TV placement, and lighting, and we help you shop for the pieces that belong — measured against your rooms, your routines, and your budget. Sessions run online, or in person across the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver.

No showroom pressure, no endless hourly billing. A clear plan, a fixed price, and a home that comes together in the right order.
